Given the nature of its business, Ambro & Associates Mortgage Consultants Ltd. (AAMC) collects sensitive personal information, such as financial information about its clients, and discloses this information to lenders for the purpose of obtaining mortgage financing for its clients.

In the course of business, information is presented to banks, trust companies, credit unions and other major lending institutions, as well as secondary market lenders. Information is also exchanged with credit reporting companies, realtors, lawyers, notaries, other brokerage firms and appraisal firms. This is a summary listing but not limited to these parties only.

When an individual chooses to complete an application, AAMC asks only for information necessary to complete the information needed to assist AAMC and lenders to assess the financing options for the individual.

The knowledge and consent of the individual is required to collect, use and disclose personal information. This is generally done through the process of an application. An individual has the right to amend information as appropriate.
